Large Accomodations
Our home is nestled on 10 acres with wooded and partially wooded spaces butted up against the Bear Creek, in addition to our beautiful barns and out buildings, with plenty of space to spread out, utilize its natural beauty, and go big as they say, or keep things quaint and small for more intimate gathers.
Space Configuration Flexibility
Whether you choose to utilize our 50 foot ceiling in the large barn, smaller spaces within the same barn, the lean, or split your celebration between these spaces and the outdoor sky, Chandler’s will not disappoint. The sky, literally, is the limit as you carve out and design your special day.
Decor Accents
Chandler’s comes with its own flare of vintage given the natural history of the barn, as well as a several special pieces collected over the years to add that unique charm. From a variety of lighting options, chandeliers, window frames, seating arrangements, old wooden doors, dressers and novelty items, you will be able to utilize our options, and/or bring in your own special flare (will need approval). The venue comes with several back drop options fit for the barn should you choose.
Overflow Gathering Spaces
Some find the lean on the large barn attractive for the main celebration, but many have utilized this space for overflow and a crossover to the wide outdoors. Its high ceiling and partially railed borders, frame in this space nicely on a warmer day, as well as cool evenings. Additionally, the ¾ open grassy area behind the barn, bordered by the corn crib, is also a wonderful space for a tent should you need to add more space for your celebration. We would be amiss, not to mention a smaller pergola, and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces.
Photography Friendly Setting
Natural light beams into the large barn from windows and doors that close should you choose, and a variety of lights, to include ceiling fan lighting, add that special touch when the cameras are rolling. A cathedral height ceiling in the large barn add unique aerial view options. The natural luster of the barn wood compliments the subject of each photo, and whether you appreciate the rustic or shabby chic flare, photographers have much to work with at Chandler’s.
